Unfortunately they don't provide their onsite agents with needed info to properly write contracts. Now getting to get the earnest money returned and being told it will take until a week plus later for them to do so. This is the poorest customer service I've ever experienced working with any builder in my 20+ years as an agent. I feel sorry for their onsite agents who don't appear to be getting the support needed.
